Rhode Island Interscholastic League (RIIL)

Any student interested in trying out for a sport must complete an Assumption of Risk form AND register for athletics at the school you are enrolled in.

EGHS Fall Sports registration will begin on 6/19/26 and close on 8/14/26 at 3:00 pm.  Tryouts will begin on 8/17/26.

Middle School Fall Sports registration will begin on 6/19/26 and close 8/21/26 at 3:00  pm. Tryouts will begin on 8/24/26.

A few friendly reminders when registering:

1. Please upload a physical within the last 13 months in order to try out, the AD will not accept any paper copies or email attachments

2.  MS Assumption of Risk Form - High School Assumption of Risk Form - For students to try out for a sport, they must complete one form for Cole while at Cole and one form for EGHS while at EGHS, once the form is notarized and completed, please upload to your existing Arbiter account, and it will last for their time spent at either Cole or EGHS.

3. Expect an email from the coach introducing themselves the weekend before the tryouts and explaining the time, location, and date of tryouts
